A collaboration between Kalevala Gin and Utopia & utility combines the beauty and flavour of two crafts: the art of distilling and the skills of glass making.
Grains of flavour are handcrafted glass grains, to act as a keepsake for the flavours of the Kalevala Gin. During the ‘Grains’ event at the Barbican, the visitors get to mix their own grain, choosing from various flavoured infusions and botanical cuttings. These are sealed within the glass grain with a hand fitted juniper wood stopper.
