    Livia Lauber and Loris Jaccard were both born in Switzerland.

    Livia studied product and industrial design and moved to London in 2006 to work as a freelancer for a number of established designers. Since 2007, she has been working for British manufacturers Established & Sons.

    Loris studied Jewellery and Product design and moved to London in 2003. She worked as a product designer for BarberOsgerby until 2007. Since then she has been working as an independent designer for various international clients.

    Loris and Livia met in London. In 2008 they decide to collaborate on new design projects concurrently with their respective activities and create LORIS&LIVIA. They both share a particular affection for low tech products, durable materials, fine details, traditional and contemporary manufacturing techniques and graphic design. They are based in East London.
